  • We offer several pre-configured battery systems to get you started:

    - a 700V battery with 6 modules and control box to support electric propulsion systems.

    - a matching 24V single module battery to power DC boat systems.

  • The Blue Neuron Battery design includes up to 88 temperature sensors (number depends on battery size) to measure temperatures across the entire battery bank and cooling system.

    The design also includes a water cooling system for extra peace of mind during high current charging and discharging. This also provides for battery warming, if needed, to ensure the cells are kept within their ideal temperature range to maximise charging/discharging efficiency and extending battery life.

  • Direct communications between the BMS and your battery charger and electric engine control is a critical safety feature included in the Blue Neuron design.

    Our design also includes custom CAN messages and an add-on CAN-NMEA comms bridge to simplify integration to vessel management systems such as our Blue Neuron Platform.

  • All our Blue Neuron products are designed with safety as the primary consideration. Our battery design provides multi-layered safety mechanisms for the ultimate peace of mind:

    - direct and robust communications with the charger to restrict or disable charging and discharging when parameters are outside safety limits.

    - water cooling system to dissipate excess heat.
